Maxwell is a financial architect and data-driven systems thinker with a rare fluency in both accounting standards and software development. With a background spanning finance, automation, and General Ledger management, he translates complex economic systems into grounded, actionable insight — building the reporting infrastructure and custom tooling that growing businesses need to move with confidence.
Maxwell holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees from Western Oregon University — one in Business with a focus in Accounting, and one in Economics. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, writing, hiking, swimming, skiing, and walking his dog.
