Maxwell holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees from Western Oregon University — one in Business with a focus in Accounting, and one in Economics. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, writing, hiking, swimming, skiing, and walking his dog.

She leads the firm's technical consulting and project management practice, guiding clients through complex technology initiatives with the rigor and discipline of PMBOK-based methodology.
